So it seems Americans have better odds against the likes of Josep Fritzl. Before it gets all to our head, let it be reiterated that the onus to protect our interests and those of our loved ones is still ultimately on our own shoulders. Sex offenders love an easy prey, so don’t be one. They bank on surprise so don’t get caught. Show that you have done your homework and they will shy away, they are cowards after all. Trying to help a veteran who is 50 years old, a criminal sex offender, and who wants to earn a degree in Construction Management. With the dicsrimination due to his age and his criminal record, I am wondering if pursuing this degree would actually help him to be marketable. He has also gotten bonded here by local dept of labor. I am wondering which companies do only a BCI (Ohio) Criminal Check of applicants, vs. An NCIC check (Nationwide) of potential New Hires.

I have a 3rd degree conviction that is worded as Possession Of a Weapon from 2006 in NJ and its complete BS, it was a BB gun in 'Plain View' and it says Knowingly and Purposefully Possession a Weapon namely BB Gun in violation of 2C:39-5… no time, probation.
